How I Personally Know This To Be True

I, JoLynn Braley, went from a size 12 to a size 8 in only two months.

I was a size 12 in August 2010, a size 8 in October, and throughout the holiday season (when most gain at least 10 pounds!) I ate without deprivation and maintained my size 8. Without deprivation, dieting, or struggle.

Since February 2011 I’ve been a size 6 – still without deprivation, dieting, or struggle – and I am someone who used to struggle for much of my life, just like you!

Previous to my own transformation I was coaching my clients to success, while I was still stuck at a size 12. I would lose a few pounds, but not get beyond a size 12 while I continued to see success in the people I was working with to help THEM transform.

What Changed

I learned that we ALL have inner blind spots and this is why we all need our own coach. A professional who can be objective and help you navigate out and around your own blind spots – your inner roadblocks that are keeping you stuck.

I invested in myself and got the objective help I needed to go through my own Transformation, and voila, here I am today. I cannot go back to a size 12 even if I wanted to….because there is nothing inside of me that wants to!

I am no longer driven to:

  • Overeat.
  • Stuff myself.
  • Abuse food.
  • Sabotage my success.

The actions you must take in order to live daily in a way that supports and nurtures you and your body can only be consistent if they are struggle-free. If it’s too hard for you to stay consistent then you will always go back to the actions that are struggle-free for you – even if those actions are destructive to your body, your weight, and your well-being.

One who has a Mind that supports a fit, healthy, feel-good body doesn’t fight with themselves to take those actions that make up a healthy lifestyle.

Because it’s who they ARE…on the Inside.

The Body “those people” have on the outside matches their Inner Self. Their Inner Self that is full of:

How is it that this planet has exploded into an obesity crisis when for the most part, anyone and everyone already has the knowledge that whole foods, clean water, and regular exercise are good for the body?

Because that body matches what you are in alignment with. It is what you are congruent with on the inside.

Unfortunately, if you’re like most in today’s society, you are constantly sold on the latest new diet and/or fitness craze that hits the market, but no matter what the similarities or differences may be between any new diet may be, ALL have one thing in common: you are sold that “once you drop the fat, then you’ll be happy.”

But what happens to all of these purchases? If this was the answer AND there are already so many really good, healthy, lifestyle programs available that teach you what to eat and how to exercise to stay fit for life, then why is there such an overwhelming obesity epidemic on this planet?

Universal Law: There is never enough physical action you can take to get you what you want when you are not a vibrational match to whatever it is that you want.

We live in a Universe of vibration. Everything is Energy, including your thoughts.
