		<description>This is probably bad advice but, my attitude is that a holiday is just that. It is a time when you can indulge yourself after self-control during the rest of the year. Life is too short to live on a permanent diet. However you have to be careful that you don&#039;t throw away all the hardwork by letting yourself go during the holidays. Another problem is that it is often quite hard to adjust back to normal patterns after indulging for an extended period of time.</description>
