		<description>Great article. Anger is a great motivator. Depression leaves you feeling like a victim, but as you point out, a good does of anger will move you to do something.

Of course anger will also make you act without thinking and do irrational things, so you really have to be careful here. Make sure you are taking constructive action. 

If you&#039;ve read much about the packaged food industries, there&#039;s a lot to be angry about there. Get mad enough at what they&#039;ve done to you to never touch their products again!</description>
