Great post! On my one week vacation to New York City in May I lost a pound. We did so much walking, plus even riding the subway you have to walk up and down stairs to get there. Anytime I go on a trip I bring (or buy there) some healthy bars that have fiber and protein, which are usually my breakfast and sometimes a snack. So then I don't get as tempted with the high fat, high sugar goodies that are on every corner. Also drink lots of water!

One of hte things I loke about Disney World is staying in a time share off the grounds. Then we can make breakfast, or eat somewhere other than on Disney grounds.

Plus, you get so much exercise there you can pretty much walk off any extra calories ;-)
