I knew that I had to reply when I saw your quote from L. L. Hay. It amazes me when I find something that I didn't realize that I was looking for. I'm trying to lose those last 10 pounds again.... and it is always harder to live consciously, in the present and think about what we're eating and why instead of just putting anything into our bodies. I refuse to think of my yo-yo 10 pounds as fear of failure but as a curse of neededing to succeed. I put too much pressure on myself at times. I feel if I let go a little, then the reins will slip through my fingers. It is hard to balance life, but your words made me take a moment and reflect and relax. Life is good, but I'll always look for ways to make it a little better and hopefully with a smile.
