Wishing You a Fit, Fun, Healthy, Happy New Year – Shine On!

New Years FireworksHappy New Year!

We’ve rolled into a brand new year, 2009, full of promise and hope and positivity… if that’s what you’re going for, and I assume you are since you’re a smart reader of The Fit Shack. ;)

So are you feeling motivated and inspired to get fit and have fun doing it 2009? Are you clear about where you’re headed and have you stopped looking back at where you came from?

Are you staying focused on the positives, on all that you have in your life to be grateful for, and are you having fun with it?

And if you did decide to make one of those New Year’s Resolutions to lose weight because you were inspired from within to do it, I wish you much success with your journey.

Here’s to a fit, fun, healthy, and happy time for you throughout your weight loss journey and your overall life in 2009. Shine On with success and Enjoy Abundance in all areas of your life, not only your health and fitness but all areas (actually your health and fitness effects every area of your life, more than you might have ever realized…). Enjoy how good your life feels. :)
