		<description>this seems good advice for those trying to make new years resolutions.  so far i have kept mine this year, but the only way that that has worked out is the fact that my resolution was not black and white, or all or nothing, if you will.  my diet plans are now structured, but if i am somewhere else or something happens to keep me from the plan then i just let it go and start back again as soon as i can, and....so far so good!</description>
