		<description>Hey JoLynn,

Great post. We are either procrastinators or motivated do-ers. We can become either, and sway between them. It can be a tenuous balance. The awareness you speak of is the key.

Lack of awareness and loss of connection to yourself can quickly drive you into the arms of procrastination. Those arms represent comfort and security for many. You don&#039;t need to commit to anything, in fact it requires no effort at all to put progress on the long finger.

However, this is false comfort, this is a false sense of security. Those arms are not protecting you, they are holding you back.

Breaking free is not easy, it requires discipline, habit forming and some sacrifices, but the rewards are invaluable.

		<description>Hey JoLynn,

Excellent article! It is hard to believe sometimes that those non decision decisions hold as much or more power than our every day decisions.

Even starting sentences, Today I decide that I am...... would change the course of the day.

I think I will start using &quot;I decide&quot; more often!

Thanks for the encouragement!
