I think that&#039;s the best, that you are &lt;strong&gt;feeling better&lt;/strong&gt; after getting off the scale. Now I do agree with checking in once a week to keep yourself on track, so you don&#039;t lose touch with where you&#039;re at, but the daily weigh ins....no way, too much stress there! ;)</description>
