		<description>&quot;Change&quot; is an interesting idea.  However, I think you want to make sure it&#039;s positive change.  In order to do this, you need to understand where you are, where you want to get to, and how you&#039;re going to do it.
For myself, I cut way back on the amount of pop I was drinking in favor of good old tap water, and this was definitely positive.  I think long lasting positive change is all about baby steps.  The journey of a 1000 miles starts with one step, as the Chinese proverb says.</description>
