		<description>Useful ideas - 5 minutes is nothing really and its so easy to add these things in. Get off the bus one stop earlier - take the stairs instead of the lift - use the restroom on another floor so you have to take the stairs. We just have to think of them and then do it!</description>

		<description>This is a really great post. I don&#039;t think that most people realize how important it is to take action.  It doesn&#039;t mean you have to go sign up for a big expensive gym membership.  What it does mean is you do have to change your habits, and you can do that slowly, over time.  Eat smaller portions, Walk a little more, eat a healthier meal, snack on healthier snacks.  One step at a time, each builds toward better habits.
