		<description>I really like the last section of your post. I&#039;ve always been against New Year&#039;s Resolutions because it involves trying to start doing something new on an arbitrary day (January 1). Why not just start changing now? There is nothing to gain by waiting a few months.

Yep, refined sugar, white flour, MSG, excess salt, chemicals and all of those other additives found in processed food have an effect on body chemistry, which in turn effects your emotions. I&#039;ve written a lot of posts on this so I won&#039;t list all of those links here but you could check out my Sugar or Food Addiction categories, or go to my Articles page for a shorter list.
