From weight loss to just regular exercise, I find it much easier to do things when I break it down to simple steps. After I do a small cluster of stuff, I tell myself, &quot;that wasn&#039;t so bad, I&#039;ll do another one.&quot; I repeat that attitude until I am done, and I end up doing something big that I would not have been able to do otherwise.
