Ebook Update & New Poll - What Do You Want in an Email Course?

A total of 281 of you voted in that poll and if you didn’t get a chance to read my post about it yet, the reason I ran the poll was to see if there were any topics that I should give you more than one tip on in my upcoming Ebook about motivation.

As it’s turned out, the responses that have consistently stayed in the top 3 focus on self-sabotage, negative thinking, and depression. “Fear of failing again” has also moved in and out of the top 3.

What I’ll be doing in my Ebook is giving you more than one motivational tip in those areas that were voted on the most. And by the way, I’m happy to see that “waiting for the next quick fix diet” ended up at the bottom because that’s not at all what I’m about. ;) The Fit Shack is about supporting you in creating a healthy lifestyle for yourself to not only lose weight, but keep it off for good. This is about fitness for body, mind, and spirit.

New Poll

So now I’ve got a new poll for you. What I’d like to know is if I create a short email course for you that will run for so many days, which topic would you like me to cover?

I am purposely leaving weight loss and fitness motivation out of this poll because some readers who will vote in the poll in my sidebar will not have read my previous posts about my Ebook I’m writing and won’t know that weight loss motivation is the topic of it. I also have another reason for that too, something else that I’m tossing around in my head.

However if you have any suggestions for topics that I have not listed in my poll please leave me a comment on this post.
