Exactly, it&#039;s all about creating a healthy lifestyle for yourself, not only in the physical actions you take but also in your thoughts, emotions, and spirituality - love yourself no matter what.

The 6DMM is not a lifestyle, that&#039;s why I&#039;ve never used it in the past 4 years that I&#039;ve owned my 6WBMO kit and been eating per the 6WBMO lifestyle plan. I am happy to be doing the 6DMM to have the experience though so that I can write about it.

		<description>A lifestyle change is really the key here. I&#039;m also not a big fan of diets that are too restrictive.  You need lots of different foods to supply the necessary nutrients to your body.  Best of luck with your program!  I can&#039;t wait to see how it works out for you!
