I know what you mean about preparation. Before I started 6WBMO, I would put a lot of energy into thinking about what I wanted to eat, where I was going to get it and when I would eat it. Even though getting into the habit of preparation was a challenge, the payoff was awesome. Now, I don't have to obsess so much about food. Instead, I go into my fridge and pull out what I need, warm up it and that's it.

It sounds like you enjoy food variety. Most people do, I suppose. But I have to admit, I've been eating the same things every day for weeks (tuna, turkey, rice, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, greens and berries) and I love it. Like you, 6WBMO taught me about portion control, but most importantly, helped break me from making choices solely based on cravings.

And I have you to thank! Because you mention it so often, I kept reading about 6WBMO and then finally decided to check it out. I've been on it for 36 days and have lost 15lbs. Most importantly, when I started, I was just over 300lbs. 6WBMO helped me get back in the 200's. When I got there, it was the most incredible feeling. Thank you so, so much JoLynn!

I'm going to be starting a blog specifically about 6WBMO. I hope, once I have it up and running, I can give you the link and you'll take a moment to check it out. :)
