How Can I Help You?

Here’s a simple questions for ya today – if you could have an Ebook on a topic that will help you reach your weight loss and fitness goals, what would it be about? Is there a particular topic that you need the most help with when it comes to reaching your goals?

Please vote in the poll below and if the topic you’re interested in isn’t listed then just leave me a comment. I haven’t written an Ebook before and if I’m going to put the time into it I want to make sure that I’m giving you content that you’re interested in, content that is useful and that will help you reach your goals.

What’s an Ebook?

If you’re not familiar with Ebooks, simpy put an Ebook is an electronic book, a document that you can download to your computer and read at any time you want. For example, if it were an Ebook about staying motivated to lose weight and exercise, you could open it on your computer at any time to refresh yourself with some motivational tips.

So here are some ideas for general, overall topics. Let’s see what you’re most interested in and if what you want isn’t listed please take a minute and leave me a comment. Thanks for your feedback!

I always find your ‘sugar’ posts helpful and would be very interested in a how to get off sugar ebook – it’s such a daunting task.

  2. Hi Dee! :)

Thanks for your feedback on that, I’ll put ya down for a vote on the sugar topic, and I sure can relate to that (well you already know about my problems with sugar, LOL).

    Thanks again for voting! :)

Nice poll….When I train hard for a running event, I tend to have hip flexor issues. I am always looking for ways/ideas in over coming the random injury that follows the hip flexor issue. A hip flexor problem usually moves to the knee, thigh etc.

  4. Hi Mark,

Thanks for your topic suggestion. Can’t say that I’ve had that experience (maybe because I’m not a runner, not sure if that’s the reason or not) but I am noting your topic input, thanks!
