		<description>I´m working from home too and for the longest time have I not put my health on the list of business tools, resulting in quite some kilos that I need to get rid of and some serious re-sheduling of my time.

For me tip 1 and 5 are most important and hard to follow up with ... but I am taking baby steps forwards!
