		<description>You may not be in that emotional hunger free zone 100% of the time, but you&#039;re
identifying what your triggers are and what you can do about them.  That&#039;s significant progress.  
The feeling (emotional hunger) may always drop by to visit, but now you&#039;re learning how to take care of it in ways that don&#039;t involve a trip to the cookie jar!  And that&#039;s a major accomplishment!  :)
