I commend you for getting up and doing your workout in the morning, I bet that it gives you a great outlook on the day since you get those endorphins flowing. I tend to workout at night because that&#039;s when I need a pick-me-up, but I&#039;ve wanted to try it in the morning just to see the difference. :)</description>

@Lynn, absolutely, starving does Not work - ya gotta eat in order to get your metabolism revved up into high gear, and what works best to do that is eating clean foods in small portions, 5-6 times a day. I eat every 2.5-3 hours, and I do lose weight (4lbs since last Monday ;) ).
