This week Stephanie Quilao from Back In Skinny Jeans is running a fun, inspirational series called “What others are doing to get fit” week. Each day she is featuring 3 different fit bloggers who are working on improving their level of health and fitness.
Each blogger shares their personal weight loss and fitness story, how far they’ve come, what their goals are, and what their main focus is, whether that is mainly a physical focus, a mental/emotional focus, or a combination. They also ask for feedback on an area that they may be struggling with.
I am pleased as punch to be included among such a great group of health conscious bloggers by having my story featured along with theirs. Besides that, I’ve been gaining inspiration from reading the other bloggers’ stories, and I bet that you will, too.
