Thank you so much for leaving your comment! I&#039;m very happy to hear that you&#039;re having wonderful results with the Biggest Loser Club. Maybe you eat in a similar way to me with the Six Week Body Makeover (5 - 6 small meals per day, lean protein, fresh fruits and veggies, whole carbs/grains). 

That&#039;s really cool that you&#039;re doing great with it, and I bet your comment will help others who read it, too.  :grin: And, congratulations with your weight loss so far, 8 pounds is fabulous!! :)</description>

I just thought I&#039;d thrown in my response and say that I have been a member of the Biggest Loser Club for two weeks now and I have had phenomenal results.   In the first week I lost 8lbs by strictly sticking to the program which requires six meals a day and daily exercise.  It is very similar to most other diets except it includes daily recipes, daily workouts, a lot of articles and information from the show itself and a great way to see your progress as you weigh in each week.  I&#039;ve been a fan of the show since the first season and it really motivates me to know that anyone can achieve the same amount of weight loss as the contestants do on T.V.  It isn&#039;t very expensive and you can pay one month at a time if you&#039;re unsure!  I strongly suggest giving The Biggest Loser Club a try.</description>
