		<description>One nice motivation is planning some active trips.  Most of the time people want to lose weight cause they are going to Mexico, or are being in a wedding.  This makes you focus on just losing weight.

I plan tough vacations, like mountain biking, hiking, camping, etc...  This makes you get in shape for your vacation.

Once the vacation is over, immediately plan another one in 4 months.  This will keep you going.  If you can&#039;t do another vacation, enter a 5k or mini-triathlon.

The goal is to keep your motivation to stay in shape because you need it for something.</description>
