That&#039;s really encouraging that you&#039;re gaining some motivation to get on the healthy track.  :grin: I&#039;m over here working on my motivation, too. 

You&#039;re so right that once you do get those herbs and spices that you&#039;re set for a while. There are a few that I&#039;ve gone through and had to replenish quicker than the others (cinnamon, NSA (no salt added) chili powder, NSA Thai seasoning, NSA Italian seasoning, mustard powder, and red pepper), but many of them last longer.

I&#039;ve also learned that there are some that I don&#039;t really like, but that comes with trying out new things. :)</description>
