That&#039;s a great idea for getting in more veggies!  :smile:  

I do love rice, too, although I measure my portions (only 1/2 cup, nothing like those huge portions you get in the Chinese restaurants), and eat brown rice. My body need the carbs and it&#039;s enough for my energy while still allowing me to lose weight. I also make my own stir fry (no oil, though).

You&#039;ve actually reminded me of a chicken &quot;fried&quot; rice recipe that I&#039;ve made before and I really liked. I&#039;m going to hunt that down and make it again... thanks very much Jan, I&#039;m looking forward to that!    :grin:</description>
