		<description>My #1 motivation for starting a walking program isâ€¦ that I do not want to be a person with a long-term disability any more. I want to retire my disability parking permit forever. Coming back from a herniated disk, all I could do was walk. So walking is it for me.  I never used to chew gum, thinking that it looked strange, but now I do find that it helps curb my snacking. I am glad I realized this.</description>
