@Catherine, that&#039;s so funny (but an excellent example!) that you used your subconscious mind to like roller coasters! I have a friend who also used to be terrified of them and now likes them...I&#039;ve always loved roller coasters, but I still scream when I ride them. :)

@Erica, you can definitely lose weight if you think you can. :) I&#039;d support you in changing &quot;Wish I could lose some weight&quot; to &quot;I can lose weight&quot; and &quot;If I am success&quot; to &quot;I am successfully losing weight and gaining health&quot;. Imprint those affirmations on your subconscious mind by writing them, speaking them, and thinking them. 

While you want to choose a healthy way to lose weight, by doing these affirmations you&#039;re guaranteed to go much further than if you were &lt;em&gt;not&lt;/em&gt; to change your limiting thoughts and beliefs. ;)

@Watch, I have to say that your subconscious mind &lt;em&gt;always&lt;/em&gt; works. Now whether or not you get a positive or a negative outcome depends on what you&#039;re telling it, because it just does what you say, what you think and believe.

The one thing that can trip you up is if you have &lt;em&gt;unconscious&lt;/em&gt; limiting beliefs, those thoughts that you aren&#039;t aware of. That&#039;s why when you do your positive affirmations and get those negative responses from yourself (i.e.: &quot;yeah right, this won&#039;t work!&quot;, or whatever response you get), you want to write those down. That&#039;s how you become aware of them, so you can then change them into positive affirmations. ;)</description>
