Don’t Wait on Your Weight, Love Yourself Today

 

Here we are on Day 8 of Loving Yourself Thin. The weekend involved a good amount of work on your part and today is Monday so your exercise will be on the shorter side.

Each time you look in the mirror today, look yourself steadily in the eyes and say, “I love you today and every day, no matter how much you weigh“. It’s a bit of a rhyme so it’s easy to remember. ;)

Do this exercise whenever you look at yourself in a mirror today. If there are other people around and you don’t want to say it out loud (in the restroom at work, for example) repeat it in your head while you look yourself in the eyes.

At the end of the day, note any differences you are feeling about yourself and your body and write these down in your journal or notebook. If you have been doing these exercises since Day One and would like to share any changes you are experiencing, feel free to leave a comment.
