		<description>The habit really matters. I grew up in Japan, and I am still not used to the American processed food in the grocery store. I actually developed certain food allergy to oil used in those food in the US, and have to read all the package of processed food.

I think what people eat during the childhood haunt them throughout the life. 

But definitely, you can definitely transform your habit. Because I am so finicky, my husband had to eat healthier food all the time, and after a few years, now he says he does not want to eat fast food anymore.</description>
