So I simply substitute what I like and it&#039;s been great. I&#039;ve lost 66 pounds.

I&#039;ve completely cut out HFCS and keep my sugar intake way down, which is a complete turnaround for me - sugar freak that I am. The beauty is I no longer miss it!</description>
