One suggestion....you do need to eat to lose weight. If you don&#039;t eat breakfast and only eat in the afternoon, your metabolism will really slow down. You want to keep your metabolism burning, and by eating frequent, small, healthy/balanced meals consisting of whole foods, you can accomplish this. 

Of course, you&#039;d only want to eat whole foods that you like, though. ;)</description>
