I agree that it&#039;s better to make a lifestyle change re: your eating and exercise habits when you aren&#039;t making another large change at the same time (new job, moving, etc.).

One caution with this thought, though: it&#039;s easy to come up with excuses to put off improving your health by saying that you have too much going on. In current society, most people have full schedules, so I say that today is the best time to start....it&#039;s as good a time as any! ;)</description>

		<description>Good thoughts. I would add that in addition to taking things one step at a time, one might want to pick a time to start when one has relatively few responsibilities; summer vacations are a good time, but definitely not when starting a new job, or other stressful time.</description>
