Yes, I&#039;ve found that to be true when I&#039;m eating healthy, whole foods (this is how I learned to eat on the 6WBMO), however when I&#039;ve been eating processed food, I overeat beyond the point of being full. This is mainly because the ingredients in the food keep me wanting more and more. 

If you don&#039;t have a problem with food addiction though, then maybe this could work for you (eating small frequent meals) even if you are eating processed food.</description>
