		<description>Certainly, putting your energy into your work would be a good outlet and makes sense. 

I wasn&#039;t thinking of being at work when I wrote this article because I run into the problem of emotional eating at home instead of work (it&#039;s just not as easy to do, since you are working). Some people &lt;em&gt;do&lt;/em&gt; work in environments though, where food could be readily available, and they &lt;em&gt;could&lt;/em&gt; emotionally eat at work, so if you instead focused on the task at hand, that would be a positive (and productive!) diversion.
