What’s Different About Today?

 

What’s different about today? Or perhaps the better question is, what can you do to make today different in regards to your weight loss and fitness goals?

It’s a brand new day. You have a brand new opportunity to turn things around for yourself, or to keep on doing what you’ve been doing. If what you’ve been doing is working for you, then of course you’d keep on keepin’ on, but if you know you have some changes to make, why not start today?

If you currently are struggling with beginning an exercise routine, you could get out and walk for just 10 minutes today. If you have been exercising regularly but are a bit bored with your routine, could you change the time you exercise, or try a different kind of exercise?

If you’ve already reached your goal weight and are focusing on toning, what if you set some goals for the number of reps you want to reach, or a measurement you want to attain?

If there is something you can do differently today that will give you a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day, today is the perfect day to do it. Do something today to shake things up, to make yourself feel great, something different that will benefit you and your weight loss goals. Make today different.
