If You Think You Can Lose Weight, You Can!

Your mind is the most powerful tool in your weight loss toolbox. If your mind isn’t on your side when it comes to losing weight, you will either have a tough time achieving your weight loss goals, and/or you will end up returning to old eating habits soon after reaching your goal.

If you think you can lose weight, you can. If you think you can’t lose weight, you can’t. If you think you can lose weight, you will seek out information that will prove you right and help you achieve your goal. You will be motivated to achieve your goal because you know that you can do it.

If, on the other hand, you think that you can’t lose weight, you won’t have the motivation to take action because you don’t see success in your future.

You can start right now by repeating the thought, “I can lose weight, I can succeed!”. You could also refer to yesterday’s daily motivation regarding affirmations, which are very helpful for getting your mind on the positive, successful track.

Start with your mind, and your body will follow.

Permanent Weight Loss

Everything is possible when you believe it’s possible.
What you envision you can do, you can do.
What your mind can conceive and believe,
your mind can achieve.

Success is actually a state of mind.
Start thinking of yourself as a success.
Know in your heart that you can do the job you’ve set out to do.

Believe in yourself.
If you think you can, you can.
