It is good show, although sometimes there is more drama than working out going on! (LOL) It&#039;s fun though, and it helps me stay motivated to exercise. I also liked the episode where the clients were in a boot camp and they were learning how to cook and make smoothies. They were eating the way that I do - plain &#039;ole whole foods (not boring, though!), I liked seeing that. :)</description>
