I think it should be added that eating right and exercise is a huge key to your over all activity level. Eating a low fat breakfast and 30+ minutes of exercise will boost your energy level the rest of the day. It's funny how energized you get from a quick workout. I lost 40 lbs. this last year, and I am a lot more self confident, energetic, and love myself a lot more. Now I can hold my head up high and have really good posture.
