It is only by making changes in your actions that you will begin to see different results than what you are creating now. Start making changes today and get on the road to better health, increased energy, and a fitter body. Resolve to do something about your dreams once and for all, and start down that path towards achievement, rather than staying stuck in only thinking about it.

So true! I need to get back on the saddle. I lost 30 pounds this year, but then relaxed and gained a few pounds back. I still need to lose about 15 more, so I think it’s time to get after it again!

I couldnt agree more. Thats kind of what happened with my blog. I kept putting it off and putting it off. And as we know that doesnt get you very far. So last week I put it up. I have a lot of work but at least I started. Now I just need to do the same with my gym membership.

Ditto. I do believe that we must get out from our “daydreams” and start actualizing our dreams. I guess most people have that fear of failure that’s why they tend to dwindle in their thoughts until these thoughts turn into frustrations. But hey, you’ll never known what you can do unless you try, right?
