Hi Alex!

Congratulations on your weight loss! Hopefully you aren't still under a lot of stress. I've been there myself and lost weight because of stress, but the stress wasn't such a good thing. ;)

I can definitely relate to you with food addiction, and also eating great all day and then eating junk and overeating in the evening. Thankfully I'm not doing that now, but I have been there before.

At least you are aware of what you are doing, which is always the first step before you can change.

It sounds like you don't eat much food during the day? If so, perhaps the reason you are having the problem in the evening is because you're very hungry? I eat ever 2.5 to 3 hours, although not large meals. I eat when I'm hungry. You could try eating more often during the day and eating healthy, whole foods and see if that helps with your nighttime eating.

If I did understand your situation correctly, let me know if this works for you!

All the best,

JoLynn
