Never Give Up On Yourself – Daily Motivation

There is no failure except in no longer trying. There is no defeat except from within, no insurmountable barrier except our own inherent weakness of purpose. – Elbert Hubbard

It does not matter if you have fallen down more times than you can count, what matters is that you do not give up on yourself. It does not matter if you have regained more weight than you lost, it only matters that you do not give up on yourself.

Whether you feel beaten down from past “failures”, or you are seriously thinking about throwing in the towel, remember that the only true failure lies in the lack of trying. As long as you continue to push for self-improvement and strive to live the best life that is within your power, you have not failed.

Please do not lose hope and please do not give up on yourself. Every person in the world that works on improving his or her life adds more positive energy to the world. Every person (that means you!) counts.

You are the only one that you can ever change, you cannot change anyone else, and the most important change that you can make is to increase your physical health and level of well-being. I believe 100% in the power of the mind, however the vehicle for your mind on this Earth is your body. If you do not take care of your body, where will your mind and your thoughts live?

You can lose the weight and live a fit, healthy life. Just do not give up on yourself.
