Daily Motivation: Imagine Yourself Thin

When you can visualize yourself winning the game of weight loss and can imagine what you will look and feel like at your goal weight, you will be much further along the path towards achieving your goal.

Take the time today to spend just 5 minutes in a quiet spot and imagine yourself fit and trim, standing on the sandy shore of a tropical paradise.

You are confident in your bathing suit, feeling strong and alive with an abundance of energy. The more “real” you can make this image in your mind, the easier it will be to manifest it in your life. Try it today, see how it feels to be thin, and eventually you will be feeling your own “thinness” in the physical world.
