Daily Motivation: Carnival of Diet Tips

 

I have been privileged to have my articles appear in several blog carnivals recently. The first carnival that included one of my articles (my first post, in fact) was the site, Middle Age Shed. This blog is run by Heather and Anna, two diet buddies who are shedding the pounds (stones, in this case ;) ) in England. Each week they host a Carnival of Diet Tips, in which they feature several posts regarding weight loss from various bloggers.
